Shipping costs vary by item and destination. The total shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it right away.
Most items are made to order, so please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, most U.S. orders arrive within 4–5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@thevaultedgifts.com.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of your original purchase date, we’ll issue a full refund.
Returns and Refund Guarantee\
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
All returns must be:
· In their original packaging and condition, and
· Requested within 15 days of delivery.

For non-defective items that arrive in perfect condition, a 30% restocking fee applies. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, minus the 30% restocking fee.
Returns requested after 15 days from delivery may be declined.
