Return & Refund Policy

At The Vaulted Gifts, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help make it right. Please read our policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds or replacements if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address.

Refunds are available if the following conditions are met:

 

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging using the return label provided by our support team.

  2. You must email support@thevaultedgifts.com with your Name, Order Number, and a brief explanation of your refund request.

Approved refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee and are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Please do not send items back to the address from which they were shipped; all returns must go through our support team.

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to have it reshipped (a new shipping and handling fee applies) or to receive a refund minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

If a returned package is lost or destroyed before reaching us, we can issue a 50% store credit toward a replacement order.

If your package was returned to us despite using the correct address, we will gladly reship it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because most of our products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After that time, production begins and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Please note that apparel, mugs, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified once an order is placed.

Clearance Items

Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. These items may not include original packaging and are sold “as is.”

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement period lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows the item as delivered.

If more than 60 days have passed since your order was received, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our product prices. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Return & Exchange Process

Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: for health and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal or hygiene-related products) cannot be returned or exchanged.


To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email support@thevaultedgifts.com with your Name, Order Number, a photo of the item, and your reason for return or exchange.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and, if               approved, send a prepaid return label to your email.
  3. Use that label to ship your item back. Please do not ship to the original warehouse address.
  4. Once we receive your item, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days or ship your replacement within 72 hours.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office to file a claim and obtain a Claim ID. Once provided, we will assist you with a replacement.


 

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns of custom items, apparel, and other made-to-order products.
